Usually all pores and open gaps are filled with the thermoset resin after the treatment. However, we cannot guarantee that this is always the case due to the unique structures of each piece of treated material. Minor open gaps can sometimes occur on the material surface after processing. If these gaps occur we recommend manual filling with thin cyanoacrylic adhesive followed by a spray of aerosol based accelerator for instant curing.
We expect our costumers to take standard safety precautions while processing the materials, including proper local exhaust ventilation and respirator to avoid inhaling dust particles. Water grinding is recommended for Raffir Fossils. We take no responsibility for health problems caused by dust particles from the material.
